How do I collect payment for the candles I sell?

You can collect payment however you wish via Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card, etc. One suggestion I have is to open a separate checking account, though it does not have to be a business acct. Check with your local bank on your options. If you would like to accept credit cards, Paypal has a wonderful fairly inexpensive way for you to do so. ProPay is also an option.

How do I pay Annie’s for the candles?

You will pay for your candle orders as if you are a retail customer. Check, money order, paypal, visa, mastercard (I prefer paypal: anniescountryattic@adelphia.net). You are responsible for collecting payment for the Annie’s candles you sell. We collect payment from YOU not your customers. You will need to enter your personalized voucher number at check out to automatically receive your 25% discount as a representative. If you choose to pay by check, email me your order and I will deduct your 25% commission from your amount due.

Where am I allowed to sell?

We allow you to sell ANYWHERE you like as long as you do not violate any ethical norms. Craft Fairs, Booths, Home Parties, Friends, Family, Relatives, Offices, etc. If you own a website and already market a product such as gift baskets or other things we will allow you to sell our candles online alongside your current items. Items must be represented as Annie’s Country Attic Candles.

What are your advertising stipulations?

You may advertise anywhere you like via any means as long as you do not violate any ethical norms. This is your business…Use your best “scents”

What do I receive if I recruit other Peddlers?
|

Here at Annie’s Country Attic we believe that YOUR success is just that.. YOURS! It should not be based on the success and promises of others. We feel if you need to make more money, then sell more candles (haha)! YOU determine your success, not your down-line! However, there will be times when someone WANTS to know more about what you are doing and we appreciate you referring them. For your referrals you will receive an increased commission of 5% for every three active representatives you sign up. I am still working on this one. They will need to be an active representative for you to receive your increase.

What is my commission?

Your commission is a flat 25% of your sale. You do not receive commission on shipping. You get paid immediately upon receiving money from your customer. Your commission is the difference between the total retail sale and your cost as a representative.

Sales Aids?

We will have catalogs for you and two-part order forms. You can order sample waxes with different scents. These are little flower or heart shaped pieces of wax in a cute little cello bag in different scents for you to pass out to your customers free as an incentive for them to try a new scent, or as a thank-you. These will be 50 cents per sample bag (includes 10 wax pieces). You can email me directly to order these. For Business cards, catalogs (color and black and white) or order forms, We have our own page at the http://www.topnotchprinting.com/ under the Annie’s Candles Reps category. You can order your sales aids personally, the prices are very reasonable. She is a total sweetie to work with. You can order Annie’s Candle T-Shirts from me if you would like one. I offer nice craft bags with a raffia handle. These have the Annie’s logo on them. This is a nice way to deliver your orders in person. These will be 40 cents each. I am also a great sales aid if you need help.

I have some options available for representative sites. You can opt for an "email list" order system, where the customer places items on a "list" that is sent to you as a representative directly...that is a $50 setup, $35 yearly renewal. You can also add a cart for $25 plus $50 setup.(total $75) and it will have its own mals-e shopping cart setup. I have a company that would set it up for you and get you on your way. If you are interested let me know and I will get you her contact info.

Can I Organize a Candle Party?

Yes, definitely! This is a fun way to get your friends and family involved. Have a friend host a party and I will give them 10% off of their order and a free 8oz Jar candle of their choice. You get your regular 25% commission from the sales of the party. You can also host an online E-party and have an open chat to take orders and play games.
